Job Summary

• As the Marketing Operations Lead, you will drive the operational execution of marketing initiatives by managing workflows, tools, and processes to ensure efficient campaign delivery, cross-functional alignment, and scalable growth systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end marketing operations including campaign execution, workflows, and documentation
• Oversee marketing technology tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Airtable, lifecycle platforms) and ensure effective usage
• Coordinate campaign execution across social media, lifecycle messaging, and product launches
• Maintain structured documentation, reporting systems, and marketing processes
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and growth teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field with 3–5 yearsof experience in marketing operations, growth operations, or program management roles
• Strong experience with marketing tools such as Jira, Confluence, Airtable, or similar platforms
• Professional certification in Digital Marketing or Project Management (PMP, Scrum, etc.) is an advantage
• Strong organizational, analytical, and cross-functional coordination skills.

Salary
NGN 500,000 - 800,000 / Month.
